Mining Merch with a Mission
It all started on a whim.
I had a photo shoot coming up and wanted a graphic tee that showed me as a leader in mining. Bold, unapologetic, and proud. So I made one. Mine Like a Woman was born.
To my surprise, people wanted one too. And over the next few months, I watched as Mine Like a Woman grew beyond a single shirt. It has become a global community of advocates, allies, and changemakers who embody their values wherever they go. Whether we are in grocery stores, grabbing a coffee at home or in a community close to an operation, we wear our mining pride.
These aren’t just t-shirts. They’re love letters to an industry many of us champion and defend. Every design is inspired by real women in mining. Leaders who drive innovation, fight for safe workplaces, and build lasting relationships with communities.
Women love mining.
We lead complex operations, invest in projects, and shape mining organizations into valued contributors to society. To Mine Like a Woman means to stand for a sector that is safe, responsible, and technically advanced.
We are building something bigger. Curated designs, global fulfillment, and partnerships with organizations who believe in the future of mining. A future that is inclusive, responsible, and transformative.
Join the Movement Sign up for early access to new designs, community stories, and powerful ways to spark conversations in mining. This is more than merch. It is a mindset.

ADVOCACY-DRIVEN
COMMUNITY-FOCUSED
Hi There, I'm Peggy
I am the founder of Peggy Bell Design and the creative force behind Mine Like a Woman.
I have spent over 20 years working in marketing, branding, and growth strategy, partnering with mining leaders who redefine success by leading with people, planet, and purpose.
This project is personal. These designs reflect my mission to help elevate the voices of women in mining and those who want to see the sector developed through inclusion and compassion.
Mine Like a Woman is about creating space for people to lead with confidence, advocate boldly, and build lasting legacies.
This is my love letter to mining — and to every person who believes we can shape a stronger, more inclusive future together.
