Mine Like a Woman began as an act of reclaiming space in the workplace, voice, memory, and the right to be seen.
It began with a photo shoot and a simple need for a shirt that showed leadership in mining. Bold, unapologetic, and proud. What started as one design became something bigger.
A global community of advocates, allies, and changemakers who embody their values wherever they go.
These are wearable declarations.
Our aesthetic is a genre mash-up we call Industrial Romance meets Feminist Flash meets Tour-Tee Power.
Think neo-traditional tattoos, vintage band tees, and symbols that mean something. Birds for freedom, flowers for strength through softness, tools for labour with pride.

We've been underground, reimagining everything.
The relaunch brings new designs and deeper partnerships, expanded community, and uniforms that shift meetings into movement gatherings.
We partnered with TapStitch to create pieces that honour streetwear roots and vintage influences.

I started Mine Like a Woman because I was tired of leaving parts of myself at home, and I unapologetically love mining.
After 15 years supporting the industry through marketing and brand strategy, I've learned something important.
Authenticity delivers a competitive advantage. I've worked with mining leaders who redefine success by leading with people, planet, and purpose.
This project is personal. Every design reflects my mission to create space for mining women and allies to lead with confidence, advocate boldly, and build lasting legacies.
